This project investigates the use of digital technologies in the health sector to tackle challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. It was undertaken through a multi-year collaboration between BenQ Corporation and the Eye Department of the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
Three case studies are presented on the use of BenQ interactive display in a clinical setting by eye surgeons, trainee ophthalmologists and hospital administrative staff. They show how BenQ hardware solution can improve team coordination and foster cross-departmental collaboration, in addition to reducing cross-site travelling via remote working and video conferencing features.
